Morristown, NJ – June 17, 2024 – HighCamp Compliance, a boutique, employee owned and operated compliance consulting and outsourcing firm, announced today that Brian Lattanzio has joined the firm as a Director. Lattanzio, who is based in New Jersey, comes to the firm from Vista Equity Partners, a global private fund manager with over $100 billion in assets under management, where he served as an Associate Director of Compliance for the firm’s credit fund adviser, Vista Credit Partners.
While at Vista, Brian led the SEC registrations of two Vista-affiliated advisers, facilitated foreign and domestic fundraising efforts for various credit vehicles, and managed the fair and equitable allocation of credit fund investments. Prior to Vista, Brian was a Principal Consultant and Private Markets Practice Specialist at ACA Group, where he spent seven years advising diverse private fund managers on a wide range of compliance issues. Most of HighCamp’s team, advisory board, and now Lattanzio have worked together in roles at either the SEC or ACA Group since as early as 2003. “We look for individuals that will be a good cultural fit to our team and our clients. We also look for individuals with successful track records acting as in-house compliance at top managers, and either as consultant and/or SEC examiner. Finally, we look for professionals that want to help us build a great company. Brian matches all of those criteria and then some, and we’re excited to have him on the team,” said Brad Burgtorf, HighCamp’s Founding Partner.
HighCamp is a hybrid remote company with offices and team members in New York City (Metro), Los Angeles, Dallas, Denver, Milwaukee, and Bozeman. Lattanzio will be working from HighCamp’s newly established Morristown, NJ office that is led by HighCamp Partner, Ashley Drake.
